By 1910, Orpha and Glen were no longer married.  She was living with her mother and he was living with his father.

Orpha's marriage records show her surname as Howell instead of Shoop with a father's name of Frank Howell. Her name in the 1910 census shows a surname of Howe instead of either Wheaton or Shoop.  Orpha later married Roy C. Allen in 1919 in Manhattan, New York and then she married Frank Puffenburger on 1938 in Michigan but used the surname Allen in 1940 and is buried as Orpha M. Allen.
