Lawrence Lee Crouse, 33, 1900 Hubbard, was found dead early Saturday morning
in his car south of the city.
He was born April 25, 1932, in Great Bend, was a member of the Christian Church,
Jaycees, the National Guard and was a Cub Scoutmaster. He was a partner in the
Steinert-Crouse Texaco bulk oil company. He married Donna Hoffmaster, July 6,
1951.
Surviving are his widow, Donna; two sons, Lawrence Jr., and Daryl; four
daughters, Sheila Kay, Donna Marie, Carla Ann and Cheryl Yvonne, all of the
home; mother, Mrs. Neva Crouse of Great Bend; his father, Abraham of Great Bend;
two brothers, Morris of Albert and Melvin of Colwin, Pa.; two halp-brothers,
George and David Bishop of Sunnyvale, Calif.; a sister, Mrs. Marjorie Schmidt of
Perryhall, Md.
Funeral services will be announced by the Cook and Weber Funeral Home. Friends
may call at Cook and Weber after 9 a.m. today.
