To wit: To my
beloved son, Guy M. Mayberry, I bequeath the West half of the North East fourth
of the South West quarter of section nine (9) Township six (6) South of Range
seven (7) East Hamilton County, Illinois being 20 acres more or less.
To my beloved son, Meredith Mayberry, I bequeath the East half of the North East
fourth of the South West quarter of section nine (9) Township six (6) of Range
seven (7) East, Hamilton County, State of Illinois containing 20 acres more or
less.
To my beloved son, John Mayberry, I bequeath the West half of the South East fourth of the South West quarter of section nine (9) Township six (6) South of Range seven (7) East, County of Hamilton and state of Illinois, 80 acres more or less, one stack of Timothy hay now on my premises. Also one clothes trunk.
And to my beloved daughter, Maty Ann Gwaltney, I bequeath and devise the East half of the South East fourth of the South West quarter of Section (9) Township (6) South of range seven (7) East, County of Hamilton and State of Illinois containing 20 acres more or less. Also to her my cook stove, half of the fowls on the place at my death. Also one wash kettle.
To my beloved grandson, James M. Mayberry, I bequeath and devise one half of all my other personal property, goods and chattels, after the expenses of my last illness and funeral are paid and to my beloved grandchildren, George Presley Mayberry, John Frank Mayberry and Nancy Ollie Mayberry, I bequeath and devise the other half of my personal property to be divided equally among the three.
I do further hereby appoint my beloved son, Guy M. Mayberry, executor of this my last will and testament and desire that if not practicable to divide my personal property and effects among my grandchildren, to sell the same and divide the proceeds.
