Notes:
Benjamin was an attorney with the law firm of Wilson & Collier in
Chicago. He was a member of the Protestant Episcopal Church and was, for
some time, American Vice Consul at Antwerp, Belgium. He received the
degree of Doctor Juris in 1871 from the University of Heidelberg. He was a
member of the Illinois State Legislature.
Benjamin and Frances lived with her father in 1880.
After Frances' death in 1904, Benjamin married their niece (Henry's daughter), Edith Huntington.
