Notes:
Thomas and Saloma may be Samuel's grandparents.  He was probably the son of Samuel Alamander Richardson and Caroline Preston.  Samuel Alamander was killed in an "accident in the woods" in northern Pennsylvania about 1866 and Caroline remarried Edgar Haskins, who "didn't want the son of another man in house".  His brother (possible), Nelson, is listed with the George and Rachel Bassett family in 1870 and Samuel is listed with Thomas and Saloma.
