Mrs. Hazel M. Wyatt, 84, 4040 S.W. 6th, died Thursday at her home after a three-month illness.
She was born Feb. 28, 1896 at Topeka, the daughter of Frank and Mary Sillix, and lived in Topeka except for several years, she lived in Holton. She was married to Dr. Arthur Wyatt who died in 1953.
Mrs. Wyatt was a member of Ladies Auxiliary to Philip Billard Post No. 1650 of the Veterans of Foreign Wars, Council No. 1 of A.T.R., Order of White Shrine of Jerusalem Trinity Shrine No. 7, Order of Ameranth Capital Court No. 5, Beulah Chapter No. 34 of the Order of Eastern Star and First Presbyterian Church, all of Topeka.
Graveside services will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday at Topeka Cemetery Patio. Burial will be in Topeka Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 3003 Van Buren, 66611, or Kansas Heart Association, 5229 W. 7th, 66606. Newcomer-Diffenderfer Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
