WOODS -- Died in this city Sunday, May 25, 1958, Mrs. Ruth S. Woods, widow of George Herman Woods and a resident of the Silver Lake Road in Hollis.  Funeral service will be held in the Hollis Congregational Church Tuesday afternoon at 4:30.  Friends are invited to attend.  Calling hours at the funeral home this evening from 7 to 9 p.m.

Funeral service for Mrs. Ruth S. Woods, widow of George Herman Woods, was held in the Hollis Congregational Church Tuesday afternoon at 4:30 p.m.  In attendance were relatives and friends, some coming from out of town.  Also in attendance were Mrs. Annette Gravelle, president and Mrs. Etta M. Shaw, treasurer of the Ladies Auxiliary to the Brotherhood of Railroad Trainmen.

Rev. Seth W. Newton, pastor, was the officiating clergyman.  Miss Judith Brown was the organist.  Bearers were Walter A. Tuttle, Lester F. Adams, John G. Senter, and Charles E. Senter.

Committal service was conducted at the family lot in East Cemetery by Rev. Mr. Newton.

Charles H. Farwell and Charles H. Farwell Jr. were the funeral directors in charge of arrangements, assisted by Warren A. Evans.
