Leah Aslin Wilson was born in Bloomfield on Nov. 21, 1917 and died peacefully in Puyallup, Wash., on Aug 7, 2009 at the age of 91.

She married Roy Wilson in August 1935, and he preceded her in death in 1967. She is survived by three children, Nancy Roberts (Doyle) of Puyallup, Wash., Richard Wilson (Judy) of Springfield, Ore., and Polly Fraser (Chuck) of Kelso, Wash.

Preceding Leah in death were brothers Clifton, Ray, and Bill Aslin; sisters, Sylvia Page, Ruth Stone, and Marian Moody. Three other siblings died as infants.

She married Glen Francis in 1979, and he died in 1998.

Leah attended Bloomfield High School; and after she and Roy were married, they made their home in Dexter from 1935 until 1963. She and Roy established Wilson Flying Service in the late 1940s.

Leah leaves seven grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.
