Scarsdale, N. Y., June 6 -- Dr. Grosvenor White of 14 Olmstead Road, a pediatrician here since 1930, died today at St. Agnes Hospital in White Plains. His age was 51.
A son of Sumner Wheeler and Mrs. Frances Grosvenor Crosby White, he was educated at the Pomfret School, Harvard University (Class of '22) and the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Columbia University where he received his M. D. in 1927. He served his internship at Roosevelt Hospital in New York.
Dr. White was president of the Medical Board at St. Agnes, serving his third term. He had been director of pediatrics there since 1930. Pediatrician at the Cardinal McCloskey Home in Westchester County, he also was medical director at St. Christopher's School in Dobbs Ferry, N. Y.
He leaves his wife, Mrs. Margaret Genevieve Bramley White; a son, Grosvenor Jr.; two daughters, the Misses Frances Mary and Elizabeth Crosby White; a brother, Sumner W. White Jr.; and a sister, Mrs. Elizabeth [sic] Riker of Short Hills N. J.
