OBITUARY

Name:   Clifford Ward Titterington

Ward Titterington, 79, 215 N. Fourth St., died at 7:30 a.m. at his home.  He was born Jan.28, 1916 in Connersville, the son of Clifford & Rella (Ward) Titterington.

He owned Ward Titterington Dental Laboratory in Vincennes and retired in 1990,  He was a member of the Elks, Harmony and Kiwanis Clubs.

Surviving are his wife, Thyra Titterington; a son, Thomas Ward Titterington of Xenia, Ohio; a sister Ruth Harling of Ephrata, Wash.; a brother, William Titterington of Connersville; two grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.

The body will be cremated.  The family requests no phone calls or visitors this week.

In Titterington's memory, a tree will be planted on the Elks golf course.  Arrangements are being handled through Goodwin Funeral Home.
