OBITUARY

Name:   Rhenaldo H. Taylor

From:  The Wellsville Agitator, Wellsboro, Pennsylvania
Date:  October 1919

R. H. Taylor died Wednesday, last, October 1, 1919, in the Blossburg hospital, where he went about three weeks previous for heart trouble. His remains were brought to his home in Sabinsville on Thursday and funeral services were held in the Sabinsville church Sunday afternoon at 1 o'clock. Interment was in the family plot in the Wormer cemetery in Chatham.

Mr. Taylor was born August 3, 1843, on the farm in Chatham where he practically lived all his life and which farm he owned at the time of his death. He had been a resident of Sabinsville about a year and a half. He is survived by his third wife, who was Mrs. Anna May Curtis; by one daughter, Mrs. L. A. Cooper, of Knoxville; two sons, W. S. Taylor, of Shortsville, and F. A. Taylor, of Rutland. He is also survived by one brother, George Taylor, of near Beaver Dams, N.Y.

Mr. Taylor had been sick about a year, and was very sick all last winter, improving in health in the spring and was able to be around, but grew worse again in August and all that medical aid could do for him did not seem to benefit him and at last he went to the Blossburg hospital where the end came as stated.
