After Several Months Illness Died at Home in Belmont, Monday, Aug.26, 1923
Belmont, Aug. 28 -- Mrs. Florence G. Shultz died at her home on Noble street Monday morning at 10:30 o'clock after an illness of several months. Deceased was born at Colesburg, Pa. on Feb. 3, 1857. She was married to John Shultz on Aug. 17, 1879 of Belmont. In this union were born five children, one dying at the age of four years.
She is survived by her husband, three sons: Floyd A., of Venice, Cal; Leon of Wellsville; and Charles of Salamanca; one daughter, Florence, at home; and one son by a former marriage, Charles E. Hamilton of Erie Pa. There are also two brothers, George W. Galusha of Coudersport, Pa., and DeWitt C. Galusha of Wellsville.
Mrs. Shultz was a member of St. Philip's Church.
The funeral will be held from her late home Wednesday afternoon at 3 o'clock, the Rev. George T. Lascella officiating. Burial will be in the family plot in Forest Hills Cemetery.
