Name:   Frances L. "Fannie" (Hickox) Rounds

Mrs. Fannie L. (Hickox) Rounds, 39, wife of Samuel J Rounds of South Williamstown and a native and life-long resident of this community, died last evening at the North Adams hospital.  She had been admitted to the hospital on September 28th, suffering from a ruptured appendix.

Mrs. Rounds, who had observed her 39th birthday anniversary on September 25, was born in South Williamstown, the daughter of John A. Hickox, who now makes his home in Sand Springs, and the late Mrs. Anna Hanson Hickox.  She attended the Williamstown public schools.  Mrs. Rounds had many friends and acquaintances in Williamstown who will be deeply saddened to learn of her passing.

Besides her husband and father, Mrs. Rounds leaves three children; Samuel H., Marion R., and Maude Ann, a three-weeks-old baby.  She is also survived by one sister, Mrs. Albert Cummings Jr., and one brother Harry Hickox, both of this town.

The funeral for Mrs. Fannie L. (Hickox) Rounds, wife of Samuel J. Rounds of Hancock road who died on Sunday in the North Adams hospital, will take place in the home of Mr. Rounds' mother, Mrs. Maude H. Rounds of Sloan road at 2 o'clock tomorrow afternoon.  The Rev. Phillip A. Job of the Second Congregational church will officiate.  Interment will be in Eastlawn Cemetery.
