Sylvia J. Reynolds, 57, of Evansville, passed away on Tuesday, November 16, 2004, at North Park Nursing Home.

Sylvia worked as a custodian at the University of Evansville and enjoyed walking and gardening.

She is survived by her son Howard Reynolds of Evansville,; her parents, Howard L. and Irene (Hurt) Garrison of Evansville and grandchildren, Seth and Sarah Reynolds.  Also surviving are her sisters, Charlotte Hawes, Kathy Abell and Verna Basilio, all of Evansville; Mary Besing of Elberfeld, Ind and Terry Allan of Chandler, Ind.; brothers Danny and Ronnie Garrison, both of Evansville, several nieces and nephews; and great-nieces and great-nephews.

Services will be at 1 p.m. Friday, November 19, at Zimmer Funeral Home Central Chapel, 626 First Avenue, with Reverend Glyn Pfohl officiating.  Visitation is 10 a.m. until service time Friday at the funeral home.  Burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery.  Memorial contributions may be made go the Multiple Sclerosis Association.
