HINTON MAN DIES ON A VISIT
C.H. Pearson, Born At Hinton 51 Years Ago Succumbs
Calvin Henry Pearson, 51 years old, lifetime resident of Hinton, died at the
home of his brother. W. G. Pearson, 1619 West Sixteenth Street, Sioux City, late
Saturday night from a complication of diseases.
Pearson was a member of the Modern Woodmen of America, and of the First
Methodist Church at Hinton. He was born November 20, 1871, at Hinton.
He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Alma May Pearson, three daughters, Leora, Eva,
and Clara; two sons, Ira and Robert, and his mother, Mrs. Harriet Pearson of
Hinton. Two brothers, W. H. Pearson, Bengough, Canada, and Ira L. Pearson,
Hinton, also survive him.
The body is being held at Westcott's undertaking parlors pending funeral
arrangements.
