Althear Lesley Park, 99, of Lafayette, died Monday, May 1, 2006, at Rosewalk Village.
Born Nov. 24, 1906, to the late W. Curtis and Nellie S. Blood Lesley in Lafayette, she was a life resident of Buck Creek until moving to Lafayette 10 years ago. She was a graduate of Buck Creek High School and completed beauty school at the age of 50.
She married Harold L. Park on June 29, 1927, in Battle Ground, and he preceded her in death on March 19, 1992.
Mrs. Park was a homemaker and beautician.
She was a member of Buck Creek United Methodist Church, Order of Eastern Star in Buck Creek and the Buck Creek Extension Homemakers.
A daughter and son-in-law, Alma J. and Charles Ketterer of Lafayette, survive. Also surviving is a grandson, Douglas C. Ketterer (wife: Debra); and three great-grandchildren, Eric, Whitney and Blake Ketterer. Preceded by a granddaughter, Denice Althear, and a sister, Alma C. Nelson.

Clayton Kendall officiating. Interment Spring Vale Cemetery. Memorials to
