HAMILTON, Ind. -- Hazel Leona Oliver, age 96, of Hamilton, Indiana, passed away in her home on Sunday morning, March 5, 2006. 

Born on February 5, 1910 in Flint, Indiana; she was the daughter of Frank & Leorna (Baker) Locke. She married Lyman Oliver on February 1, 1933 in Metz, Indiana and he preceded her in death.

A homemaker, she was a member of the Hamilton Wesleyan Church.

Surviving Mrs. Oliver are her sons, Paul (and wife Sharon) Oliver of Angola, Indiana, Raymond (and wife Judy) Oliver of Fort Wayne, Indiana, Ronald (and wife Cheryl) Oliver of Enon, Ohio and Kenneth (and wife Ellen) Oliver of Waterloo, Indiana, 15 grandchildren, 28 great grandchildren and 6 great-great grandchildren.

In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers, Harold (and wife, Loraine) Locke and Earl (Helen) Locke.

Visitation will be held Tuesday from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. in the Oberlin-Ford Funeral Home & Crematory of Hamilton.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 2 p.m. in the funeral home with the Rev. David Leitzel to officiate. Burial will follow in the Hamilton Cemetery.
