OBITUARY

He is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Beulah Wilson of Elmira, N.Y., Mrs. Joyce Davis and Mrs. June Pequignot of Wellsboro; one son, Ernest Dale Monks of Harrison Valley; one sister, Mrs. George Cummings of Tioga; three grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

The funeral was held Friday with the Rev. Palmer Washburn officiating.  Burial was in Middlebury Union Cemetery, Keeneyville, Pa.
