George Henry Louser, aged 84, native and life long resident of the west branch of the Four Mile, passed away at his home Sunday evening after a lengthy illness.

Mr. Louser was born on the West Branch, October 25, 1877, the son of Andrew and Sophia Osterman Louser. For many years he was an employee of Rawlings Greenhouses on North Fifth street, retiring some time ago.

He was a member of St. Bonaventure church and is survived by his wife, Alice Spindler; one daughter, Mrs. Floyd Catherine Putt of Birch Run; two sons, Thomas of this township and Kenneth Louser of the navy, stationed in California, and six grandchildren. His father died at the family farm on the West Branch January 13, 1913 at the age of 87 years while his mother died about ten years later.

Services will be held at the Lennon Spink Memorial Chapel at 9:45, to be followed by a requiem high mass at St. Bonaventure church at 10:00. The remains will be laid at rest in St. Bonaventure cemetery.
