Leo "Bus" Lamble, 83, of Evansville, died at 2:30 Wednesday at home. He retired after 43 years at Keller Crescent, the worked 20 years at McCullough Auto Parts.
He was a member of St. James West United
Methodist Church and its Alpha Domus Bible class, Masonic Lodge 64 and
Evansville Valley Scottish Rite, and received the Silver Beaver award during 25
years with the Boy Scouts.
Surviving are his wife, Helen; two sons, Joe of Plainfield, Ind., and Walter of
Chicago; three sisters, Marie Miles, Margaret Stratman and Virginia Hodgson, all
of Evansville; a brother, Ervin of Evansville; four grandchildren, Judi,
Michael, Wade and Brian Lamble; and three great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at St. James
West Church, the Revs. Rick Miller and Ed Miller officiating, with burial in
Tupman Cemetery,
Friends may call from 1 to 8 p.m. Friday at Alexander Funeral Home West Chapel
and from 9 a.m. to service time Saturday at the church.
