Marvin F. Kimball, 67, of 1822 Wilson St., a retired radio technician, died at 6:30 p.m. Sunday at St. Elizabeth Hospital following an illness of about a year.

Born in South Bend, he had lived most of his life in Lafayette.  His marriage in 1925 in Logansport was to Eunice C. Hilkert, who survives.

Mr. Kimball was a radio technician for General Telephone Co. for 21 years, retiring in 1973.

He was a member of First Christian Church, Masonic Lodge 123, Eagles Lodge 347 and MARS, a radio organization.

Surviving with his wife are a son, Richard L. Kimball of Valparaiso; his mother, Mrs. Margaret C. Kimball of Lafayette and a brother, Robert L. of Waterloo.
