ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. -- Mrs. Helen Virginia Kenyon of 2500 54th Avenue North, St. Petersburg, formerly of Olean, died Friday (Aug. 12, 1994) shortly after arrival at Olean General Hospital.

Born May 13, 1926, in Olean, she was a daughter of John and Frances Parrett Threehouse.  On June 28, 1947, in Olean, she married Lloyd R. Kenyon, who survives.

Mrs. Kenyon had been employed for several years by the J. C. Penney Store in Olean.  Until moving to Florida, Mr. & Mrs. Kenyon were longtime residents of Olean.

She was a member of Transfiguration Church in St. Petersburg and a former member of St. Mary of the Angels Church, Olean.

Surviving in addition to her husband are two sons, Brian D. Kenyon of Carol Stream, Ill., and Kevin T. Kenyon of Athens, Ga.; two grandchildren; three brothers, John Threehouse of Williamsport, Pa., and Ronald Threehouse and James Threehouse, both of Olean; five sisters, Mrs. Lawrence (June) Gallets, Mrs. William (Mary) Graham, and Mrs. Edmund (Sandra) Renaud, all of Olean, Mrs. Norman (Barbara) Case of Maplehurst, and Mrs. Edward (Sharon) Jordan of Portville; and several nieces and nephews.

Friends will be received at the Letro-McIntosh-Spink Funeral Home, Inc., 646 E. State St., Olean from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today and Sunday.  A prayer service will be held at 9:30 a.m. Monday (Aug. 15, 1994) in the funeral home followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. in St. Mary of the Angels Church.  Burial will be in St. Bonaventure Cemetery, Allegany.  A scriptural Wake Service will be held at 8 p.m. Sunday in the funeral home.
