Name:    Thelma Irene (Parsley) Sallee Jacquess

Thelma Irene Jacquess, 83, of Evansville, died at 12:05 p.m. Wednesday at Parkview Convalescent Center.

She was a member of Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 1114 Ladies Auxiliary.

Her first husband, Benjamin H. Sallee, died in 1952.  Her second husband, Paul H. Jacquess, died in 1983.

Surviving are two sons, Paul Sallee and Gene Sallee; a sister, Louise Farrell; a brother, Clinton Parsley, all of Evansville; nine grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Simpson-Meyer Funeral Home, the Rev. Jack Ulrich officiating, with burial at Park Lawn Cemetery.  Friends may call from 2 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
