Dennis Russell "Root Hog" Joseph, son of Everett Russell Joseph and Lottie Mae Welker Joseph of Dexter, was born on Dec 4, 1952, at Poplar Bluff and
died at his residence near Essex on March 10, 2001, at the age of 48.
Dennis was a farmer, a veteran of the United States Navy and a resident or rural
Essex.
Survivors include one son, Justin Joseph of Dexter; his parents, Everett
Russell Joseph and Lottie Mae Joseph of Dexter; three sisters, Janet Pride of
Diamond City, Ar., Linda Nichols of Kalamazoo, Mi., and Cheryl Lane of St.
Louis. He was preceded in death by one son, Brian Joseph on May 24, 1996.
Friends may call at the Rainey Funeral Home in Dexter from 1-4 p.m.
Saturday, march 17. Funeral services will then be conducted at 4 p.m. in
the Rainey Funeral Chapel with Rev. H. Worth officiating. Interment will
follow in the Dexter Cemetery with Rainey Funeral Home of Dexter in charge of
arrangements.
