Galena, Ill., Gary D. Jenkins of Vandalia, Ill., and John W. Jenkins of Chicago,
Ill.; stepchildren, Michael Hall and Diana Hall, both of Spartanburg; seven
grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; a sister, Dr. Vergene Colloms, of
Spartanburg; and a niece, Beverly C. Patterson, of Spartanburg. Predeceased:
First wife, Bonita Lamp Jenkins; and parents, Herbert R. and Laura Meadows
Jenkins.
Visitation: 9:45 to 10:45 a.m. Friday, July 13, 2001, at Bethel United Methodist
Church Fellowship Hall. Service: 11 a.m. Friday at the church. Burial: Greenlawn
Memorial Gardens.
