Marvin Hamilton, 78, of Marion, died Feb. 14, 2006
at his home. He was a member of Emmanuel Baptist Church, was a retired safety
coordinator for Kentucky Utilities after 38 years of service and was a 1945
graduate of Kuttawa High School.
Surviving are a son, David (Teresa) Hamilton of Owensboro; and two
grandchildren, Jonas A. and Joshua D. Hamilton, both of Owensboro.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Lillian K. Hamilton; a daughter, Mary Beth
Hamilton; and his parents, Jonas and Molly Doom Hamilton.
Services will be at 11 a.m., Feb. 17 at Gilbert Funeral Home with Rev. Rob Ison
officiating. Burial will be in Doom's Chapel Cemetery in Kuttawa.
