Name:   Aurelia Millicent (Galusha) Green

WINDSOR -- Mrs. Millicent Galusha Green, 74, of 399 Main St., Wilbraham, a native of Windsor but a resident of Wilbraham for 54 years, died Tuesday in the Hampden Nursing Home after a brief illness.

She was the wife of G. Milo Green and the daughter of Charles and Hattie Cleveland Galusha.  She graduated from the former Dalton High School and North Adams State Teachers College and retired in 1962 after 41 years in the Wilbraham school system as principal of Springfield Street School and as a handwriting supervisor.  She was past president of the Hampton County Teachers Association and a charter member of the Wilbraham Women's Club, charter member and past matron of the Wilbraham Chapter of the Order of Eastern Star, a member of Corona Chapter of OES of East Longmeadow, the Wilbraham United Church, and the Wilbraham Senior Citizens Club.

Besides her husband, she leaves a daughter, Mrs. John L. Merrick of Hanover, Fla., a brother, Lyman A. Galusha of Ormond Beach, Fla., And three grandchildren.

Funeral services will be tomorrow at 2:30 at the Wilbraham United Church.  Burial will be in the East Wilbraham cemetery.  Friends may call at the Beers & Story Funeral Home, 475 North Main St., Palmer, today from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9.

In lieu of flowers, the family has suggested that donations be made to the Wilbraham United Church Memorial Scholarship Fund.
