OBITUARY

Mrs. Drucilla Pace Garrison died at 9:45 o'clock this morning at her home on
RFD 4A, Dodds Township. Her age was 63 years, two months and 18 days.
Funeral services will be held Thursday at 10:30 a.m. at Myers Chapel, conducted
by the Rev. R. B. Guthrie and burial will follow in Bethel Memorial Cemetery.
The body will remain at the Chapel where friends may call at any time up until
the funeral hour.
Mrs. Garrison was born August 21, 1880 in Jefferson County, the daughter of
Fames D. and Mary Ann (Casey) Pace. On August 13,1898 she was united in
marriage with Cyrus I Garrison who survives. With the exception of 18
years in which she lived in St. Louis Mrs. Garrison spend her lifetime as a
resident of Jefferson County. She was a member of Pleasant Grove
Church.
Surviving besides her husband are two sons, Sgt. James W. Garrison of Jefferson
Barracks, Mo and
William Garrison of St. Louis, Mo; four daughters, Mrs. R. A. Coon of Antioch,
Ca, Mrs. Edith Crews, Mrs. Robert Lakes and Mrs. Edwin George, all of St. Louis,
Mo; one brother Homer Pace of Mt. Vernon; four sister Mrs. Guy Benjamin of Mt.
Vernon, Mrs. Dora Stonemetz of Opdyke, Mrs. Pearl Stivers of Mt. Vernon and Mrs.
Mary Piper of St. Louis, Mo; and seven grandchildren.
