James Russell Galusha, 76, of Eddyville, died Friday, July 22nd, at 10:00 a.m. 
at Lourdes Hospital in Paducah. 
Funeral services were held Sunday, July 24th, at 2:00 p.m. at Dunn's Funeral 
Home in Eddyville with the Rev. Gates Bowman officiating. 
Burial followed in Rolling Hills Cemetery, Lyon County, Ky. 
Mr. Galusha was a member of Eddyville First Baptist Church, a member of Joppa 
Masonic Lodge No. 167 and an Army veteran of World War Two, discharged with a 
purple heart. 
He was retired from the former Pennwalt plant in Calvert City after 25 years of 
service. 
Galusha was preceded in death by his parents, J. E. and Anna Gray Galusha; and 
one sister and two brothers. 
Survivors include his wife, Eloise Cash Galusha; three daughters, Janice Guill, 
Elizabethtown, Betsy Bunch, Glasgow, and Patty Hyde, Birmingham, Alabama; two 
sisters, Josephine Galusha, Mich., and Alma Galloway, Louisville; and eight 
grandchildren.
