OBITUARY

Name:    Irene Sabra (Coats/Goodrich) Galusha

Mrs. Irene E. Galusha of 640 Forest St. passed away suddenly at her home Monday morning. Born Nov. 28, 1915 near Narrow Lake, she had been a lifetime resident. She worked for many years for Rottenbucher Pharmacy. She was a member of the Congregational Church, a member and Past Worthy Matron of the Order of the Eastern Star, Brookfield Lodge and was currently an officer.

Surviving is a son, Dean; a daughter, Mrs. Vivian Freer both of Eaton Rapids, three brothers, Maynard and Vernie Coats of Eaton Rapids and Leon Coats of Charlotte; three sisters, Mrs. Clara Norris of Eaton Rapids, Mrs. Neva Burr of Lansing and Mrs. Letha McKenzie of Detroit,
Also surviving are eight grandchildren.

Services were held Wednesday at 1:30 p.m. from the Skinner Chapel with the Rev. David L. D'Arcy officiating and interment was in the Bosworth Cemetery at Olivet. Casket bearers were nephews, Gary, James, Richard, David and Alan Coats and Charles Bennett.
