Gloversville -- Mrs. Irene M. Galusha, 83, a resident of the Getman Memorial Home, Gloversville, since Nov. 1962, died June 4 at the home.
Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. June 6 at Walwreth and Bushouer Funeral Home, Gloversville, the Rev. Walter B. Reasoner officiating. Burial will be in Glenwood Cemetery, Oneonta.
Born in New York City on Oct. 10,1886, Mrs. Galusha was a resident of Oneonta for many years. She moved to Gloversville about 25 years ago where she has since resided. She was married to Leroy C. Galusha on Feb. 14, 1915. Mr. Galusha died in 1927.
She was a member of the North Main Street United Methodist Church, Gloversville and its Guiding Light and W.C.T.U. classes and the senior citizens club.
She is survived by her son, Merl L. Galusha, Scotia; a daughter, Mrs. David C. Banuat, Bovina Center; one sister, Mrs. Edward Kent, Flushing, L.I.; two grandsons; four great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
