SOUTH CORNING -- Hazel M. Galusha, 69, 18 Glen Ave., died Tuesday, May 30, 1989 in Corning Hospital.

She was born April 18, 1920 in Corning to Roy and Elsie McDonald Hampton.  She was married to Howard C. Galusha, who died in 1955.

She attended the Grace Lee Memorial Wesleyan Church.

Surviving are: one son, Howard D. of Addison; one daughter, Eileen L. Mawhiney of Corning; one brother, Kenneth Hampton of Elmira; four grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.

Calling hours are 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Thursday in the Stover Funeral Home, Corning.  Services will be there 11 a.m. Friday, the Rev. Bond Harlin officiating.  Burial will be in Barnard Cemetery, Corning.

Memorials may be made to the Grace Lee Memorial Wesleyan Church.
