Carolyn Harriet Galusha, two and one-half months old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Walter J. Galusha of this city, died Tuesday evening following an unusual accident.  Tuesday, the child swallowed an open safety pin.  Later an operation was performed from which the little girl failed to rally.

Besides the bereaved parents, two sisters, Marvel Ann and Evelyn Jean, survive.

Funeral services were held at the Fissel Funeral Home yesterday afternoon at 2 o'clock, Rev. E. M. Randall officiating. Burial was in Mountain View Cemetery.
