OBITUARY

Little Anna Galusha, daughter of Daniel and Mary Galusha, died last Saturday of
Bright's disease, aged six years and six months. She had been ill for
three months but few hopes were entertained for her recovery from the first, the
disease taking such a severe form. All that the best medical skill and
careful nursing could do seemed of no avail, only to alleviate her sufferings
for a short time. She bore her great suffering with a great patience seldom seen
in a much older person. Though unable to talk much, she seemed to enjoy
seeing each one of the many who called often to see her. Much sympathy is
felt for the bereaved parents whose home circle is broken for the first time.
The funeral took place at the house Monday afternoon, the services being
conducted by Rev. Mr. Slade.
