OBITUARY

Name:    Ida A. (Galusha) Winegar Crampton

Ida A. Galusha was born in Oneida county, N. Y., Dec. 12, 1852, and moved to Olivet, Eaton county in 1861 spending the remainder of her life in Eaton and Calhoun counties.

Her first marriage was to Frank Winegar, and to this union were born two daughters, May, who is still living and Mrs. Evalena Derringer [sic] who recently passed away leaving one son Donald.  Her second marriage was to Oscar Crampton, September 24, 1877.  To them were born six children, four of whom, Louis O., John G., Leroy W, and Thomas M., with the husband, survive to mourn the loss.  She also leaves a brother, Warren Galusha, a sister Mrs. Fanny Crampton and two grandsons, Miles and Herman Crampton.

Mrs. Crampton was a kind and affectionate wife and mother, and a neighbor whose praise is in the mouths of those who knew her.
