OBITUARY

Mrs. A. C. Combs died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Mary Welker of near Bloomfield, early Thursday morning of dropsy and the infirmities of old age.  She was in her 77th year. 

She is survived by her two daughters Mrs. Mary Welker and Mrs. Edith Patrick and one son, Charles Combs who resides some place in California, also by several grandchildren and one great-grandchild. 

She was a fine Christian lady and had lived here for several years and all who knew her, lived her.  Her husband preceded her in death some 3 years ago.  The sympathy of the entire community goes out to the bereaved in the loss of their mother and their best friend.
