Mrs. Agnes Carpenter Carleton, aged 31 years, 9 months, 24 days, wife of B. H. Carleton of Niles Valley died at the Blossburg Hospital, Friday afternoon, Nov. 28.

She was born Feb 4, 1888 at Tiadaghton, PA and was married to Mr. Carleton at Corning, NY April 23, 1913. She was the only daughter of Mr. and Mrs. C. E. Carpenter of Middlebury Center.

The funeral was held at her parents' home, Rev. Mr. Migarvey of Corning officiating; interment in the Keeneyville Union Cemetery. Mrs. Carleton was a most estimable young woman and was loved by all who knew her. She was never more happy than when she could be of help to the loved ones at home.

She leaves to mourn her loss her husband, her parents and four brothers, Samuel of Niles Valley; Lawrence of Crooked Creek; Earl and George at home.
