Name:    Myrtle Lena (Ramey) Butts

Mrs. Myrtle Butts, R.D. 3, Susquehanna (Stevens Point area), died Thursday, April 3, 1975 at the Barnes-Kasson Hospital after a long illness.  She was the widow of Nathan Butts Sr. who preceded her in death several years ago.

She is survived by five sons: Norman Butts of Susquehanna, Edward Butts and Walter Butts of Susquehanna R.D. 3, Raymond Butts of Susquehanna R.D. 2, and Nathan Butts Jr. of Westfall Avenue, Oakland Side, Susquehanna; two daughters, Mrs. Stuart (Esther) French, 530 Church St., Susquehanna and Gertrude Davidson of Coleville, N.Y.; one brother, Elmer Ramey of Kirkwood, N.Y.; two sisters, Margaret Whitman of R.D. 3 Susquehanna and Nellie Hills of Meadville, Pa.; 41 grandchildren; 38 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held Sunday at 2 p.m. from Langford Funeral Chapel with Rev. Ernestine Gladstetter officiating.  Burial will be in Brandt Cemetery at the convenience of the family.

Friends may call at the Langford Funeral Chapel Saturday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.
