Wallace J. Buck, 65, of 235 Harriet St., died at 10:45 p.m. Thursday at Deaconess Hospital.
He was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church, and retired in 1985 from International Steel Co., where he worked for 35 years. He was a lifetime member of Veterans of Foreign Wars, Post 1114.
His wife, Dorothy, died in 1965. Surviving are a daughter, Diana Kissel of Evansville; a son, David, of Mesquite, Tex.; his mother, May Miller of Evansville; two sisters, Gladys Worman and Dorothy Junker, both of Evansville; five grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.
Services will be at 8:30 a.m. Monday at Miller & Miller Colonial Chapel and continued at 9 at St. Mary's Catholic Church, the Rev. Lintzenich officiating. Burial will be in St. Joseph's Cemetery. Friends may call from 1 to 9 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home, where a memorial service will be conducted at 6 p.m.
