Name:   June Webster (McKallor) Bryant

From:  The Mountain Democrat, Placerville, California
Date:  Saturday, January 29, 1898

Mrs. J. W. Bryant, the widow of the late Joseph Bryant, and mother of Charles F. Bryant, passed away at her home on Sunday evening, shortly after half past five.  Her funeral took place on Tuesday, the remains being interred in the family plat, by the side of those of her husband, who died three weeks ago.

The services were conducted by the Rev, C. C. Peirce, and were very impressive, touching the noble qualities of the good Christian life now departed.  A quartette of voices composed of the Misses Carpenter and Stewart and Messrs. Fox and Merrill, rendered excellent selections at the house and grave.  The pall bearers were J. R. Stewart, F. Ilsohn, Jos. Chapman, A. Futterer, and --- McDougal, of Diamond Springs, and G. H. Duthmann, John Askew of El Dorado, and W. S. Bassett of Sacramento.
