Louise Braman (March 18, 1912 - July 16, 2000)

Angola resident, Louise Braman, 88, died Sunday at Lutheran Hospital in Fort Wayne.  She was born March 19, 1912 in Scott Township, Steuben County to Carl and Grace (Weicht) Dygert.

Mrs. Braman was a nurse's aide at Cameron Hospital in Angola for 10 years.  She was a member of First Congregational United Church of Christ, Angola, and a member of the Cameron Hospital Auxiliary for many years.

Her husband, Wayne "Pete", whom she married Aug.15, 1936 preceded her in death on June 13, 1970.

She is survived by one daughter, Judy Connelly, of Angola; two granddaughters; two great-grandchildren; and one brother, Herman Dygert of Angola.

In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by two sisters; Audrey Dygert and Mildred Thompson; and two brothers, John and Galen Dygert.

Services will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday at the Weicht Funeral Home, Angola, with the Rev. Deborah Davis officiating.  Burial will be in Circle Hill Cemetery, Angola..

Visitation is from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 today at the funeral home.  Memorials are to Cameron Hospital Auxiliary.
