Name:   Alden Libbey Blanchard

Born in Lankerahim, Calif., he lived in Fort Wayne since 1976.  He retired in 1985 from Sueizer Van Lines and North American Van Lines.  He was a World War II Army Air Corps veteran.

Surviving are his wife, Emma Lee; a daughter, Dorothy Joines of Ontario Calif.; two sons, Phillip of Vienna, Va., and Eric; a stepdaughter, Debra Bloom of Fort Wayne; a stepson, Timothy Klossner of San Bernardino, Calif.; two brothers, Ted of Brookings Ore., and Richard of Valley Center, Calif.

Memorial services will be at 10 a.m. Monday at Grace St. John's United Church of Christ, 4120 S. Webster St.  No Calling.  Memorials to the family.  Arrangements by E. Harper & Son Funeral Home, 740 U.S. 30 East, New Haven.
