Funeral services for Charles Henry Blair, 62, of Main Road, Hancock, who died Wednesday noon, when thrown from a tractor, which turned over while he was mowing the side of a hill, will be held tomorrow afternoon at 2:30 o'clock at the Second Congregational Church of South Williamstown.  Rev. Charles W. Briggs, pastor, will officiate.

A family prayer service will be held at the Blair home at 1:45 o'clock prior to the church service. Burial will be in the family lot in Southlawn Cemetery.

Mr. Blair, who retired as a Selectman of Hancock in 1954, had served the town in that capacity for 30 years.  He also had held numerous other town offices including a place on the school committee and the post of highway superintendent for seven years.  At the time of his death, he was moderator, a member of the town health board and on the town finance committee.

Friends may call at the Blair home at their convenience.  Hopkins Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
