OBITUARY

Name:   Harry Justin Beebe

Harry Justin Beebe, 56, a native and life-long resident of Williamstown, died last evening at his home in North Hoosac road.  He had been in failing health for the past few years.  Mr. Beebe would have observed his 57th birthday anniversary on December 29th.

The son of Daniel Frank Beebe and Typhena L (Proud) Beebe, who in recent years had made their home with him and his wife, Mr. Beebe, as a boy attended Williamstown schools.

For 20 years, before he retired because of poor health, Mr. Beebe had worked as a painter.  For several years he was employed at the Williams Inn and he had also worked at his trade at Williams College.

Mr. Beebe had many friends and Acquaintances in Williamstown and this section.  He attended the First Congregational Church.

Besides his parents and his wife, Mrs. Beatrice Howells Beebe, Mr. Beebe leaves two daughters, Mrs. G. Benton Fisk and Mrs. Andrew C. Garrison, both of Williamstown.  He also leaves one brother, Daniel Frank Beebe Jr., also of this town.

A private funeral service will be held, probably on Sunday.  Interment will be in Eastlawn Cemetery.
