OBITUARY

Name:   Willard Eugene Anderson

Retired farmer, Willard E. Anderson, 79, died at 1:20 a.m. today in Willow Manor Convalescent Center, where he was a resident.

He was born on July 23, 1904 in Knox County, the son of Oliver W. and Edith Willard Anderson.  He was married to Sylvia Allen, who died on May 3, 1980.

He was a member of Vincennes Lodge 1 F&AM and the Hadi Shrine.

Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Paul (Edith) Lindsey of Crawfordsville; two sons, Ward and Alvis, both of Vincennes; three brothers, Francis of Vincennes, Charles of Anderson and Ernest of Cocoa Beach, Fla.; seven grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.  Three brothers preceded him in death.

Arrangements are pending at the Flummerfelt-Goodwin Funeral Home.
