Myra Anderson, 85, 1316 Prairie St., died Friday at her home.

A homemaker, she was born June 20, 1903, in Olney, Ill., the daughter of James and Kate (Garnett) Dukes.

Surviving are two daughters, Thelma Due of Maple Valley, Wash., and Edith Frye of Vincennes; two sons, Samuel and William, both of Merritt Island, Fla.; a brother, Charles Dukes of Vincennes; two sisters, Thelma Wininger and Ida Mae Henderson of Bicknell; 12 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.  Her husband, Samuel Anderson departed this world in 1980.

Funeral services will be Wednesday at the Flummerfelt-Goodwin Funeral home. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery.  Friends may call from 3 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
