Guy attended both public and high school in Craik. He was a member of the 4-H band and played on

his Master's Degree in Engineering.

In 1969 he married Janice McDougall of Aylesbury. Janice received her public schooling in Aylesbury and

They lived in Ralson, Alta. for a few years where Guy was employed by the Dept. of National Defense.

In 1976 they returned to the Rose Hill District to take up residence on the Chas. Gilstorf farm.  In 1979,
they purchased the James McDougall farm in Aylesbury and in 1980, Saskatchewan's 75th anniversary,
were presented with a Family Farm Heritage Award for being the fourth generation of one family to farm
that homestead.

Their two children, Jason Guy and Tyler Blair, were born in 1971 and 1972 in Saskatoon. At present they

their 3 kids Charlie Ann, Cane and Deacon. Tyler is living in Guadalajara, Mexico with his wife Patricia and their first and only child, Victoria.)

Guy enjoys playing recreational hockey with the Craik Colts as well as coaching minor hockey. Jan is
