   Residence:   Malone, New York                 
   Enlistment Date:  13 Aug 1862      
   State Served:  New York
   Service Record:  Enlisted as a Private on 13 August 1862 at the age of 21.
                           Enlisted in Company H, 106th Infantry Regiment New York on 27 August 1862.
He was captured and held prisoner.  Later an exchange of prisoners freed him but he drown when the boat sank after an explosion off of Cape Hatteras on the trip home.
